Samuel was granted a further lease for seven years and was recorded as farming along both banks of the Manning River at 'Tiggerah' in Tigrah, via Cundle, New South Wales, in 1889.

Samuel Frost died in 1912 at 'Tiggerah' in Cundle, New South Wales, and was buried in the Tigrah Cemetery.
